InTheta Laser offers both 2D sheet laser and 3D laser cutting. Our specialty is laser cutting post-formed parts on our 3D laser. We use the latest version of CATIA 3D Experience for CAD modeling and Hexagon Rad-Max software for creating 3D laser fixtures and multi-axis laser CNC programs. We also provide high quality flat lasering for your pre-formed parts meeting your specifications on our 2D fiber 3kW 5x10 lasers. In order to verify dimensions and adhere to your quality specifications we have a brand new, fully ISO certified and calibrated, FARO ARM to deliver the “in-spec” part without the need for expensive functional gaging.
