The process starts with the right 3D model at the right time; the in-process part may look nothing like the final part model. With this in mind, you need a powerful and trusted 3D modeling software that can work in native CATIA format or 3D step files and can generate the desired features of your part at the 3D Laser Process. InTHETA3D Laser uses the lates software form CATIA to design, add, or modify models for your in-process parts.

3d Laser Fixture Design and Programing 

3D laser programing is no small task that is why we use 3D Radmax CAM software from Hexagon. At this stage of the process, we take your 3D model and we will design a robust process-repeatable laser fixture for your part. The laser fixture is built in house so we can maintain the quality, time and cost that you would expect from us

3D Metrology and Inspection 

For complex 3D parts you need more than your standard inspection tools. We can use our FARO arm to measure the complex features, reduce the need for 3D gages, and generate inspection reports, so you know that parts we cut are to your specified requirements.
